In the hot forging mold design process, we produce high-performance molds by utilizing finite element simulation methods that include material flow, damage and stress analysis and use them in our main product manufacturing.

We serve many sectors by producing hot forged parts in different geometries from 0,2 kg to 25 kg. with 9 presses, heat treatment furnaces, 4 lathes, 2 milling machines and 1 thread rolling machine in our organization.

Within the scope of process and raw material development studies, we apply solutions that increase efficiency and quality while reducing costs to our business processes with a continuous improvement approach. With digitalization, we turn all our processes into living processes.

We actively follow and execute all processes such as new product commissioning, product FMEA, APQP and engineering changes with our expert engineering staff focused on the special needs and innovative solutions of our business partners.
