As Norm Holding, we have a strong industrial structure with our team of approximately 3.800 export, 23 companies operating in 10 different sectors, and 22 production facilities.
In addition to our Turkey-based operations, we continue to create value on a global scale in the United States, Germany, the United Kingdom, France, Poland, Romania, and China.
Norm Forging was established in 2021 in Manisa Salihli OSB with an annual capacity of 20.000 tons in order to meet the demands of the customers of Norm Holding, the leader in the fasteners sector, in hot forging sector and to become an ambitious manufacturer.
Norm Forging was established in 2021 with its technology, quality, and high knowledge and started production in its current location in the 2nd quarter of 2023, and plans to continue production in its new factory with a total closed area of 20.000 m2 in 2026.
With our experienced engineer and operator staff in our production center, more than 70 employees, our innovative human resources perspective, high production capacity and our technology that we develop every year, we are on our way to becoming Türkiye’s leading hot forging product manufacturer.
